This web site serves as a database for Nevada homeowners requiring assistance. Our primary goals are:

opening the lines of communication among homeowners for problem-solving purposes.
communicating with the Nevada Legislature regarding the devastating effects of shoddy construction and unresponsive builders.
successfully resolving problems with new homes via investigative reporting, improving building codes, establishing laws that are fair to homeowners and understanding/working with the Nevada State Contractors Board.
