Lennar has filed suit against Morgan.

The Palm Beach Post is reporting Homebuilder targets realtor over Web site.

A national home builder sued a Stuart real estate agent on Friday claiming his Internet crusade against the company's homes had trampled on its trademark.

But the real estate agent vowed his campaign to expose what he says is shoddy building by the company will not go away. The Miami-based Lennar Corp. filed the lawsuit against Mike Morgan in circuit court in Stuart on Friday afternoon.

The Phoenix office of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Friday announced the filing of a lawsuit against Lennar Homes of Arizona Inc.

The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Phoenix, alleges Lennar Homes discriminated against a class of employees 40 years and older.

Lennar Homes sold us a home with a cracked slab. This was no small crack -- it went through the entire width of our home and literally split our slab into two pieces. The sales representative (Susy Davis) had discussed this crack with our neighbors but had never mentioned it to us. In fact, we were not allowed to see the home until after the carpet was laid. It was a real estate inspector who found the cracked slab after we had been in our home almost a year.
