Pardee Homes

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Pardee Homes on behalf of 530 Las Vegas homeowners. The suit alleges that the company rushed the construction of three subdivisions near Windmill and Bermuda, leaving homeowners to deal with serious defects including unsecured roof tiles which allow water to damage ceilings, deep cracks within stucco walls and bathtubs and showers that leak water.
