My wife and I purchased a used home in July 1998. After a few days we contacted our home warranty company re: our air conditioner not working. They sent a company out and ended up having to replace the compressor.

Within the last 2 years of owning our home we have had a total of five different companies out to "repair" our air conditioner. They have done nothing more than fill the unit with freon due to an apparent leak. The last technician that came out stated that the blower motor in the furnace as well as the air conditioner needed to be replaced.

RE: Fidelity National Home Warranty Company

Dear Complaints. This is not specifically about a toilet, but more about the home warranty company that I selected. I recently purchased a home and as a gift my real estate agent purchased a home warranty policy of my choosing for me. I had had no previous experience with Fidelity National Home Warranty Company so my decision was based solely upon comapring their brochure with comparable ones.
